Winter School in Practical Research Methods 2017
The Winter School in Practical Research Methods (PDF 897KB) is conducted by Heart Health Research Center, which is a joint venture between The George Institute, China and Cardio Union. World-class cardiovascular focused professors and experts will provide practical clinical research methods on site.
With the aim of building doctors' research capacity, the course provides an excellent opportunity for research knowledge sharing, information exchange and networking with international authorities.
In learning sessions, you will have the opportunity to apply what has been learned from lectures in a series of specifically designed practical exercises, and to put forward problems you encounter in thinking about organizing research within your daily work. Presenters will give feedback accordingly. You will be asked to present a practice exercise in outlining a research topic.
Registration fee for the two-day training course is RMB 5,000 per person - which covers practical trainings, certificate, tea breaks, lunches and one dinner. For the students who do not locate in Beijing, we would recommend Park Plaza for your accommodation which is quite near to the meeting room.
